What do the conditions on the grading scale mean?

AAAAA/Mint: This is our top grade. Balls classified as AAAAA are in MINT condition. These balls may have been hit once or twice on the golf course and retain the white look of new golf balls.  Balls with corporate logos and player markings may be found in the lot.

AAAA/Near Mint: These balls are in near MINT condition. Negligible cosmetic blemishes on a few dimples may be found in these balls but none that affect the trajectory, distance or flight of the ball. The shine and color of these balls may vary very little. Balls with corporate logos and player markings may be found in the lot.

AAA/Value: These balls are the best value for the money and are in good playing condition. Our AAA balls will have blemishes and scuffs but will not have cuts (gash that goes through the cover and into the inner layer of the ball) or very large scuffs (large scrapes on the outer cover) that affect the trajectory, distance or flight of the ball.  The shine and color of these balls may vary. Balls with corporate logos and player markings of all shapes and sizes may be found in the lot. May include a few balls marked as X-Out or Practice.

AA/Shag: These balls will have some imperfections that qualify them for your shag bag. These may include balls that are heavily scuffed and/or discolored, and may even include some minor cuts. They are perfect for chipping around and general practice but are not recommended as playable balls for most golfers.  Some beginners may sometimes find some balls in the lot suitable for play, but we recommend them for Shag/Practice use. Assorted Value and Shag/AA mixes may include the occasional A/B grade range ball as well as colored balls in similar condition. Balls with corporate logos and player markings of all shapes and sizes may be found in the lot.

A/Hitaway: These balls will have blemishes and scuffs and maybe some with cuts.  Balls with corporate logos and player markings may be found in the lot. We recommend these balls for those looking to hit balls where you don’t have to worry about retrieving them again (Lake, Desert, Woods, etc). Most if not all of these balls are typically C/D grade range balls.

When can I expect to receive my order?

At On Par Golf, we pride ourselves on bringing you the fastest service on quality products.  Items will be shipped same day or within (1) business day of payment received.  All items include EXPEDITED SHIPPING with a estimated delivery of 2-4 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email you list at checkout. We often ship on Saturdays to ensure you receive your golf balls as soon as possible!

What happens if my order gets lost in shipment or damaged during delivery?

What is your return policy?

You may return the item within 30 days of purchase date.  You are required to pay return shipping and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be disbursed upon item receipt at our warehouse. A full refund of the purchase price minus our shipping costs will be returned for all items returned as sent.

Will new golf balls come in original packaging?

In order to provide maximum savings to you, new balls will be removed from original packaging and shipped loose unless otherwise stated. Rest assured, all new balls will not have been previously played.
